i am looking for good river fishing areas to go salmon fishing in Fairbanks, AK. Any recommendations?
i do not want charter fishing. i want places where i can use my waders.
The Alaska Department of Natural Resources puts out a booklet that shows many areas of shore sccess on the major streams and rivers in Alaska. They also publish a brochure on salmon fishing that will give you the major salmon waters. Put the two together, and you’ve got your answer.
