product test

We all know tackle is key. What day of the year, what time of day, what the weather is, and water tempeture and at what depth, the color of the water, where the wind is blowing and of course how you’re feeling that day.
The products you use for the water you’re in and how you retrieve is why this site was created.
Because of your input on this subject and our will to fish every hole with all tackle. Testing every retrieve, every depth, all waters to get the best for your buck in the water you fish.

Spinners and change-ups. Well what can I say? Spinners work. When all else fails the one (or more) piece of tackle you should not be without is spinner bait. White, black, red, green, purple any color skirt with any color spoon at almost any size, will produce more 'fish on' then any other artificial bait. You cover more water area with more retrieves in less time, precious time for most of us. If you had an hour to hit the water: would you use rubber worms? Too time consuming, would you use floaters? Again, very time consuming. Some anglers love to use one piece of tackle and get very frustrated when using others. Most of the time it’s because they never were shown the "correct way" to use them. Well, with spinners you get more fishing done in less time, even with change-ups. Change the depth and speed, then the color then the size. There is a lot of changing to do if you’re not producing fish. If you fish with the same tackle, without a fish, for more then five minutes you'll get more frustrated than if you had changed-up and a least tried something else. We all know this, but we all get hung up on bait we did great with back in '82..
