Anyone know of an good fishing spots in Las Vegas NV?

I’m looking for any good fishing spots in Las Vegas NV around Texas Station area. I don’t want to have to drive an hour to get to a good spot. I’m looking for one that will be less than 30 min away. If you have gone fishing there would you also tell me the best bait you have found to use there. I don’t want to go to Lake Mead or Utah

There’s nothing within 30 minutes other than lake mead, where you can fish.

There’s nothing within 30 minutes other than lake mead, where you can fish.

some local parks might allow fishing, but that was years ago, im not sure if they still allow it. so you might just be SOL

Vegas is in the desert, not a lot of water to fish in. Lake Mead is the closest water of any kind & it is a 30 minute drive away to the dam.

Vegas is the Mohave Desert, so fishing is limited to Lake Mead or Floyd Lamb Park
