Any good freshwater fishing spots on the South Shore of MA?

i just started fishing this summer, and was just wondering if anyone could tell me good areas for fishing around here (rivers, ponds, lakes) any help would be much appreciated. if you could also tell me wat kinds of bait to use for what kind of fish, that would also b great. thanks!

Yes! Grass hoppers, earth worms, minnows, spoons, jigger bugs, craw fish, each day can be different. That is why fishing is fishy!
