I would say that … I would say that the Middle Rogue is low and clear as is the Upper. I was on the Upper twice this week and only saw one fish taken on crawler and cork. Most were taken on bugs like bead headed nymphs and chenille globugs with dumb bell eyes… I got one on roe tho.
