What are the regulations on sand dabs Fishing?

Size?
Season?

Thanks 10points

no size, bag limit. no seasonal restrictions. just make sure what you are catching are in fact sand dabs. if you have a sack full of baby halibut, you’ll be in a heap of a mess of trouble if caught.

    For California:

    No size limitation.
    No bag limit.
    No depth limitation.
    Can be taken year round.

Can not use more than 12 hooks.
Can not use hooks greater than size 2.
Can not use sinkers heavier than 2 pounds.

Now, here comes the tricky part. If you have a mixed bag of flatfish (not including halibut and flounder) the bag limit will become 25 pounds.
