How to bleed a fish!! Iki jime!!
http://www.reefari.com
Just a quick video, showing the quickest, easiest way to bleed a fish and keep fresh for the table. Get a good quality pair of stainless steels scissors for the job, heaps quicker and safer than using a knife, Also see our webpage for tips on Iki Jime as well, in helping preserve your fish better for the table. These scissors are unreel for a heap of uses around the boat, and cutting of the Pectoral fin as required by new fishing regulations on the Great Barrier Reef for coral reef fin species.
