How to bleed a fish!! Iki jime!!

Just a quick video, showing the quickest, easiest way to bleed a fish and keep fresh for the table. Get a good quality pair of stainless steels scissors for the job, heaps quicker and safer than using a knife, Also see our webpage for tips on Iki Jime as well, in helping preserve your fish better for the table. These scissors are unreel for a heap of uses around the boat, and cutting of the Pectoral fin as required by new fishing regulations on the Great Barrier Reef for coral reef fin species. Subscribe for more great fishing action and news,

Cheers Greg
