If I buy a fishing liscence at a lake in kansas, is it good for all the lakes or just that one?

Pretty much in the title. I have a liscence to fish, but I don’t know whether or not I can fish at my local lake because I bought it at a different lake.

Entire state – however some lakes also sell a "permit" needed in addition to the State fishing license. Seen it in many states – so keep that in mind when you plan on fishing somewhere – that it’s not just a fishing license – that it may be a lake use or fishing permit that some lakes require….

    If it is a Kansas fishing license it is good for the entire state

    It’s good for the entire state, but you may want to check into needing additional permits, or stamps for different lakes or certain fish species.
