Quick tip, if you …
Quick tip, if you get the 99 fishing in F2P, become a for a month, buy the fishing cape then quit members, this way you can have the fishing cape and preform the emote as a non member. But WARNING if you take the hood and cape off while your a non member you can’t put it back on and you will have to become a member again. 5/5,

Nope, i would’nt consider thieving as the cheapest skill since you have to have food with you if you’re pickpocketing.
However, you don’t need food for stealing from stalls though.
