i’m going fishing on the cam in a couple of days but i have never really fished in a river before and were i have fished i have only ever got tiddlers the biggest was a roach about as long as from your shift key to your ?/ key. so i need a quick bit [...]

I was just wandering because i cant seem to catch anything with just worms and catfish biat, im am always getting caught on snags and rocks in the river bottom, and i dont want to lose all my lures in the river.

i began to take an interest in fishing about 2 weeks ago so i dont know that much. me and a few of my friends go fishing at the river stour in bournemouth.. i would like to know in simple form what the best set up would be for pike and perch. e.g – baits, [...]

Recently taking up fishing again, I can find no reference to a ‘permit to fish’ on the internet. I am in the Anglian Water area.

What are you fishing for? If you are interested in catfish use a # 1 treble hook and use about 1/2 of a night crawler
